Here at Lakewood Dental Trails, we recognize that with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world, this is an unprecedented time for everyone.

Our dental team wants to assure you that we are taking the utmost care and continually monitoring changes and updated guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO)

Your Health and Safety Are Our Priorities

As you’ve experienced over the years, we regularly hold ourselves to the highest standards of care and cleanliness. The safety of our patients and team is and always has been of the utmost importance to us here at Lakewood Dental Trails.

However, we are now taking even more precautions to ensure a healthy environment for our team and patients.

Our entire team has met to discuss protocols for keeping ourselves and patients safe, including symptoms to look for and what to do in the event of exposure. We will continue to maintain excellent sanitation protocols and utilize personal protective equipment in any and all areas of dentistry.

COVID-19 Updated Protocols at Our Office

In addition to those measures, we have also implemented the following protocols:

  • We are performing the complete sanitation of all high-traffic areas using medical-grade disinfectants every 30 minutes. These areas include all doors, counter and tabletop surfaces, kid’s room, and restrooms.
  • Patients who have recently traveled outside the US are being asked to stay home, as are patients who feel unwell or are experiencing symptoms like fever, coughing, sore throat, or shortness of breath.
  • We recommend that patients at high risk postpone treatment unless it is absolutely urgent. These individuals include older patients and those with serious chronic conditions like heart disease, lung disease, and diabetes.
  • We are postponing all hygiene and preventive care appointments until further notice.

Please Call Us with Your Questions and Concerns
